It was very, very, very quiet in the kitchen where I was, so I figured Abigail must be up to something. She has been going upstairs a lot and playing around...so I headed up to check on her. I found her sitting in our bed, reading a book. It was really the cutest thing ever! I had to document!
Poor Kramer...he has taken a lot from Abigail lately. Today she was determined to attach the "key holder" on the baby bag to Kramer's collar. He is so good about just taking it as long as he can!
Today Abigail wanted a "photo session". She sits and poses for a picture, but then runs to see the picture before the picture is even taken...Here is the best one from our session...I'm trying to trick her and take the picture on 1 but she's too smart. As soon as she sees the flash flashing, she's up! But she does look old to me...I guess I should face she IS getting older, as hard as I try to keep her my baby!
Last night Abigail tried to dress herself! She hopped around with her legs in the one leg until I helped.
On Tuesday we headed to a new splashpark in Glen Ellyn. We had a lot of fun enjoying one of the last days of summer...or at least one of the last days with the park district pools open.
That's what we have been up to at the Wennerstrom home. I'll be 28 weeks on Sunday so I have 3 more months of rest! I have been taking my dr's recommendation to rest very seriously, but it's getting harder as the nesting phase sets in!! I've got the baby's clothes washed and some ready for the hospital. I even have Abigail's hospital outfit washed and layed out..we're ready to go clothes-wise, just hope we won't need it for 3 months! Oh, gotta run..I hear her stool moving in the upstairs bathroom....she's either brushing her teeth or getting in the tub, better go check!
Update: I found Abigail upstairs with an opened jar of vaseline...and after I cleaned the whole upstairs! Better start investigating or we'll be finding vaseline for weeks!

She is getting big. I was surprised at how much she could say on Wednesday.
SOOO cute.. I love the pic of her in the bed with Krammer.. Yeah.. with two.. I think it gets harder to document.. there is just so much going on! She is an ABSOLUTE DOLL!!!!!
its so funny how she wants to see the picture after its taken. i was shocked in oc that she knew to do that. i bet she will never believe we used to have cameras that we couldnt check immediately after!
